Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flower Daily.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Conditions for Returns

Customer has the right to raise dispute and get refund in the event that:

  • i) Purchased products/services have yet to be rendered/delivered from our side according to the time frame stated in shipping policy.
  • ii) Any issues with the order received (including out of stock, wrong product or incomplete materials).

For refund under condition (ii) above, kindly return the original package/item without damages within 5 working days. We will inspect and confirm the original package/item before releasing refund.

The refund will be returned according to the payment method made by the customers. For example, we will refund back to your credit card within 5 working days if the payment method used is credit card.

Others Area & State

For outstation delivery, the order must be confirmed with our customer service due to different surcharge that will be charged accordingly and minimum order for flower arrangement must be above RM150.00. Gifts, Chocolate & Cake must be above RM180.00.

Shipping Policy

Working Day

  • • order received and confirmed before 1pm, same day delivered before 5pm

  • • order received and confirmed before 3pm, same day delivered before 9pm

  • • order received and confirmed after 7pm will be delivered the next working day after 1pm

  • • Although we can do same day deliveries but we would appreciate your advance order.

Special Delivery Times

Delivery times from 10pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday are considered Special Delivery Times. Surcharge may be imposed depending on time and we reserve the right not to accept the order if received too late or we do not have resources at that time.

Order not accepted (Remote Area)

We reserve the right not to accept your order when we do not find a suitable florist at your selected outstation area. This is caused by the lack of reliability of the florist at certain outstation areas. However, we will give you advance notice in the event of such a rare occurance.

Delivery on Public Holiday & Special Occasion

If you order place on Sunday and Public Holiday or Special Occasion (Valentines’ Day, Mother’s Day, Fathers’ Day) then the order will automatically treated as the next working day.

Therefore please place your order in advance as it will be much appreciated to ensure that goods can be deliver on time.

Cancellation & Redelivery?

A 50% cancellation charge is applicable for any order that has been processed and out for delivery.

If delivery time is selected, we may contact the receiver to confirm the delivery address and the receiver’s preferred delivery time. We will not reveal sender information, product description or any other information that may cause the loss of the surprise element.

Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address stated and handed over to the recipient if the recipient is available. In the event that the recipient is unavailable, attempts will be made by Flower Daily to deliver to a relative, friend, neighbor or colleague who knows the recipient and will accept the order on their behalf by signing on the Delivery Order.

If other choices are selected and there is a delivery failure not caused by us, we reserved the right to imposed a redelivery surcharge of RM20.00 on the sender.

Examples of delivery failure are:

  • • Incorrect delivery address supplied

  • • Receiver not present/unwilling to receive the product

  • • Date and time selected is incorrect

Redelivery Failure (Exceeding 1-day)

If the product selected is perishable (flower or cakes) and redelivery more than 24-hours, we will imposed a charge of 70% of the order value on top of the redelivery surcharges of RM20.00 and above. Perishable items are thrown upon expiry of 24 hours due to our strict internal quality control policies.
